Please reach us at jason@littleelmlawncare.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No, we only install our lights. Our insurance only covers lights that are provided by us and we do not accept liability for any lights other than our own.
No, we provide our lights as part of the service and will remove them and store them at the end of the season. If you decide to renew we will either use the same lights that you had the previous year or we can make any adjustments in color that you decide for the upcoming season.
Our service includes light rental, installation, maintenance, timer, removal and storage.
If a light goes out just give us a call or send an email and we will be out within 3 business days to replace it at no additional charge. In most cases it will be much sooner than that.
All pricing is honored for 5 business days. If you would like to proceed you can be added to the schedule by placing a deposit or pay in full with the most current pricing for any of our rental packages at our Book Online Page. We will contact you with our earliest available appointment and work out the details for your installation. Any remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation.
We plan to have all lights down by the third week of January. This is subject to change due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. We will begin taking them down after the first of the year. We plan our take down schedule according to your location in order to make the process as efficient as possible. If you have a specific request as to when you would like to have them removed just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We cannot guarantee pricing for future years due to changes in business costs. In most cases the pricing will generally be about the same. Sometimes we offer an early renewal incentive but there are times when we have to increase our pricing even for renewing accounts.
With renting the lights you avoid any maintenance cost. We do not charge a fee to come out and make a repair, replace a light or put any lights back up that may have fallen in a storm. You also do not need to worry about storing your lights in the off season and finding them again for the next season. When the season is over, we remove the lights store them and test them and make sure everything is ready to go prior to arriving at your house for the installation the following season. Since we own the lights we want them to last as long as possible. For this reason, we only use the highest quality materials available and do not cut corners to protect not only our investment but yours as well. You are also able to change colors from year to year and make any changes you would like without having to buy new lights.
While we are not the most expensive installer, we understand that there may be someone who will do it for less than us. We have been in business for over 7 years and we have always made our customers the highest priority. We have seen many installers that put the lights up and never come back because the sold you the lights and have already been paid in full. By renting the lights you are assured that we are going to come back to complete the job. We also do not cut corners and have highly trained staff. Safety of our workers and your home are our main priority. Installing Christmas lights is a dangerous task and should only be done by trained and insured professionals.
We accept cash, check and credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by cash or check we will still need a deposit in order to add you to the schedule.
No, there is no long term commitment. While we hope that you will continue to use our service in future years we do not require any commitment beyond the current season.
Prior to your appointment you should make sure that your outside outlets have power and are accessible to us. In most cases we will not need access to your back yard but if you have a lock on your gate we would ask that you unlock it. Also, please make sure that any trees or shrubs are trimmed back at least 2-3 feet from the house to prevent the branches from pulling the lights down. While we do not charge for any maintenance if we determine that the trees or shrubs are repeatedly pulling the lights down we will ask you to have them trimmed or provide a quote to trim them for you.
